Open Gym- Youth… This is strictly for youth (kids in middle school and high school) basketball. It is $1 per hour Monday- Friday 3pm-5pm unless there’s a scheduled event in the gymnasium.

Strength & Conditioning with Sally… Build total body strength and endurance for improved fitness.  Increase your energy and metabolism for improved health!  Great for all ages and fitness levels!

SilverSneakers Classic with Sally… Increase muscle strength and range of movement and improve activities for daily living.  You’ll have a chair for seated exercises and standing support.  Your instructor can modify the exercises for your fitness level.

Yoga & Chair Yoga with Teri… Explore your possibilities by joining an active yoga class.  Challenge your strength, flexibility and balance.  Find new space in your life. Chair Yoga is ideal for those who have difficulty moving through the up and down motions of traditional yoga. Practice meditation to bring new awareness to your life. A 30-minute session that is free to everyone.
